LED Module Warranties
Power Supply Warranties
GOQ LED America limited warranty covers defects of products and limited labor for the warranty period as defined below. We will replace products purchased from GOQ LED America and used per specifications during the applicable coverage period.
GOQ LED America is not responsible for products installed incorrectly, not used in the manner intended, normal wear and tear, modifications to products, extreme temperatures or other exposures beyond the range of rating for products, events beyond reasonable control including acts of God, power surges or vandalism.

LED Module Warranties
CIRA LED Warranty
GOQ LED America warrants all CIRA Line LED modules we sell for a period of five (5) years from the time of purchase. This warranty covers the purchaser from problems which arise due to quality and performance. Warranty covers reimbursement for labor to replace defective LED modules up to three time the dollar amount of defective product.
LUNA LED Warranty
GOQ LED America warrants all LUNA Line LED modules we sell for a period of three (3) years from the time of purchase. This warranty covers the purchaser from problems which arise due to quality and performance. Warranty covers reimbursement for labor to replace defective LED modules up to three time the dollar amount of defective product.
Power Supply Warranties
LPV Mean Well Power Supplies
GOQ LED America warrants all LPV Mean Well power supplies we sell for a period of two (2) years from the time of purchase. This warranty covers the purchaser from problems which arise due to quality and performance. Power supplies do not come with a labor warranty.
HLG Mean Well Power Supplies
GOQ LED America warrants all HLG Mean Well power supplies we sell for a period of five (5) years from the time of purchase. This warranty covers the purchaser from problems which arise due to quality and performance. Power supplies do not come with a labor warranty.
