Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with the performance of our LEDs, we offer a full refund on the cost of the LEDs for your first sign project. Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and is only available for first time customers.

Product Warranty: We match the installer's warranty on all of our products up to 7 years.

Limitation of Liability: GOQ LED America is not liable for any damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications of our products. Our liability is limited to the refund of your first sign project only.

Return Policy: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Usage Guidelines: Our LEDs and power supplies are designed for professional installation by qualified technicians. Do not modify the product. Use the products in temperatures and conditions within the product's rated limits.
